Information pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (Reg. EU 2016\/679)<\/strong><\/p>

The Fondazione Giulio Onesti - Accademia Olimpica Nazionale Italiana, with registered office in Rome, Via della Pallacanestro n. 19, C.F. 97032460582, P. IVA 02153461005 (hereinafter referred to as \"Fondazione\" or \"Data Controller\"), as data controller, provides data subjects with the following information, as provided for by Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Reg. EU 2016\/679) (hereinafter referred to as \"GDPR\").<\/p>

The Fondazione informs data subjects that their personal data are processed for the fulfilment of activities useful for the pursuit of the Data Controller\u2019s corporate purpose.<\/p>

The personal data processed are contact data pertaining to the relationship that the data subjects may have with the Fondazione, collected during the performance of the Data Controller's ordinary activities, or received directly from the data subjects. It is essentially, but not exclusively, information relating to name, contact details, job title, other duties, economic information (when applicable).<\/p>

In cases where no explicit consent to the processing of personal data has been requested or obtained at the time of providing the data or when the processing is not justified by the need to execute a contract or pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject, the processing by the Data Controller is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, the exercise of its statutory activity being a legitimate interest of the Fondazione that does not override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subjects, also in view of the relationship between the latter and the Data Controller.<\/p>

The personal data of the data subjects are also processed by electronic means and are accessible by the resources of the relevant offices of the Fondazione, duly authorised according to the law. The data may also be communicated to the founders of the Fondazione, to national and sports institutions, including international ones, to suppliers or collaborators of the Data Controller, and in particular to CONI - Italian National Olympic Committee.<\/p>

In any case, please note that the Data Controller may be required to communicate the personal data processed to the authorities when so required by law.<\/p>

Personal data will be stored and processed for as long as is necessary to pursue the purposes described, and also after the termination of the relationship that originally justified the collection, in order to fulfil administrative, legal or defence requirements, even if only potential.<\/p>

Data subjects have the right to ask the Fondazione for access to their data, their rectification or even cancellation, as well as to revoke their consent to the processing at any time and also to oppose the processing when the conditions established by law for this to take place are met (e.g. when the data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes of the processing or when the legal grounds for the processing cease to exist). In any case, revocation of consent may not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to revocation.<\/p>
